Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Strategia for using WealthWise OS: what it is and is not, paid plans and refunds, your data, and how an account ends.

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Strategia (Strategia-X, "we", "us") for your use of WealthWise OS on the web and on Android (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18, or use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. The Service

WealthWise helps you track spending, budgets, goals, debts, bills and investments; connect bank accounts (optional, through Teller); project your finances; share a household budget; store financial documents; and ask an AI advisor about your money. Some features need a paid plan.

3. Not financial advice

WealthWise is a tracking and educational tool. It is not a financial, investment, tax or legal adviser. Its calculations, projections and AI-generated content are for information only.

Projections and payoff timelines are estimates from the information you give and standard formulas; real results differ. AI-generated content can be wrong or incomplete and does not know your full circumstances: check it before acting on it. You are responsible for your financial decisions; for significant ones, consult a qualified professional (a CFP, a registered investment adviser, a CPA, or an attorney).

4. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has used it.
  • One personal account per person.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully; try to reach data or systems that are not yours; reverse engineer, scrape or overload it; upload malicious code; impersonate anyone; or get around its security or usage limits.

6. Your data

What you enter remains yours. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to provide the Service to you; the licence ends when you delete the data or your account. We do not sell your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, its design, code and brand belong to Strategia. Do not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them, or use our trademarks, without written permission. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

8. Paid plans, billing and refunds

  • The free plan needs no payment. Pro and Family plans are billed monthly or annually; Lifetime is a single payment.
  • Payments on the web are processed by Stripe, under its Services Agreement; card details go to Stripe, never to us. Purchases in the Android app are made through Google Play and follow its terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time in your profile; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays active while the payment is retried over the following days. If the last retry fails, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan.
  • We tell you about a price change before it applies to your next billing period.
  • Lifetime means paid features for as long as WealthWise operates and your account exists; it is personal and not transferable.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan bought on the web, email [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase and we will refund it in full. Purchases made through Google Play are refunded under Google Play's policies. Outside the guarantee, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

9. Services from others

Parts of the Service rely on others: Supabase (data and sign-in), Google (AI, sign-in, and analytics if you allow it), Stripe (payments), Teller (bank connections), Resend (email), Sentry (error monitoring) and Cloudflare (hosting). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their services. The Privacy Policy says what each receives.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, STRATEGIA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, OR FOR FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM DECISIONS YOU MAKE USING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ITS AI-GENERATED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND $100.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify Strategia against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.

12. Ending your account

12.1 By you

Delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete account, or by emailing [email protected]. Deletion is immediate and permanent; what it removes is set out in section 8 of the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account ends any WealthWise subscription at once, with no further charges, and ends a Lifetime purchase. Unused time on a subscription is not refunded, except under the 30-day guarantee in section 8.

12.2 Inactive accounts

An account with no activity for six months is deleted, with all its data. We email the account three weeks before the deletion date and again one week before it. Signing in cancels it. Accounts with an active paid plan, and owners of a Family household other people belong to, are not deleted for inactivity. The full rule, including how activity is counted, is in section 7.2 of the Privacy Policy. It applies from November 17, 2026.

12.3 By us

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, where the law requires it, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. For a material change we tell registered users by email and in the app at least thirty days before it takes effect, and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after it takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you can delete your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a claim, contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any claim not resolved that way is brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

15. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Strategia about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or sale of the Service.
