How to Use
- Click 'Get Started' on the landing page
- Choose to sign up with email or Google
- Verify your email address (if using email signup)
- Complete the optional onboarding wizard to set up your profile

Authentication Options
- Email & Password — Traditional signup with email verification via Supabase Auth
- Sign in with Google — Quick signup using your Google account (OAuth 2.0). We only receive your name, email, and profile photo — never your Google password
Your account data is securely stored using Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II certified database platform.
Cross-Platform Sync
WealthWise is Available on Android
Download WealthWise from the Google Play Store to access your finances on the go. Your data automatically syncs between web and mobile.
How Sync Works
- Use the same email address on both platforms
- Sign in with the same credentials (Google or email/password)

Push Notifications. Enable browser notifications to receive alerts when bills are due. Go to Profile → Notifications and click “Enable Notifications” to get reminders even when WealthWise isn't open. You'll receive reminders 1, 3, and 7 days before each bill is due.

Welcome to WealthWise OS (“WealthWise”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a product of Strategia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our personal finance application, available on web (wealthwiseos.com) and Android (Google Play Store).
We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using WealthWise, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2.1 Account Information
- Email address — Used for account identification and communication
- Display name — How you appear within the app
- Profile photo — Optional, stored if provided via Google OAuth

2.2 Financial Information (User-Provided)
All financial data in WealthWise is manually entered by you. We do not automatically connect to your bank accounts. This includes:
- Transactions (income and expenses)
- Budget categories and amounts
- Financial goals and savings targets
- Debt information (names, balances, interest rates)
- Bill reminders and recurring transactions
- Investment portfolio holdings (manually tracked)
- Documents you upload to the Vault
2.3 Usage Information
- Feature usage patterns (which tools you use most)
- App preferences (dark mode, notification settings)
- Device type, operating system, and browser type (for debugging)
- Error logs and crash reports (anonymized)
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
Your security is our priority. We have designed WealthWise to minimize data collection while maximizing usefulness.
WealthWise explicitly does NOT collect:
- Bank account credentials — We never ask for or store bank login information
- Full credit card numbers — We do not process or store card numbers
- Social Security Numbers (SSN) — Never requested or stored
- Government-issued ID numbers — Not collected
- Precise location data — We do not track your location
- Contact lists — We do not access your contacts
- Photos or media — Except documents you explicitly upload to Vault
- Biometric data — Biometric auth is handled locally on your device
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide our services — Display your financial data, calculate projections, and generate insights
- Power AI features — Send anonymized context to Google Gemini AI to generate personalized financial advice
- Sync across devices — Enable your data to be accessible on both web and Android
- Improve our services — Analyze aggregate usage patterns to enhance features
- Provide customer support — Respond to your inquiries and resolve issues
- Send notifications — Bill reminders, goal progress updates (with your consent)
- Ensure security — Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access
5. Data Storage & Security
5.1 Where We Store Your Data
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based cloud database platform. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
5.2 Security Measures
- Row-Level Security (RLS) — Database policies ensure you can only access your own data
- Encryption — AES-256 encryption for sensitive data
- Session Management — Secure session tokens with automatic expiration
- App Lock — Optional PIN and biometric protection on mobile
- HTTPS Only — All communications are encrypted
- Regular Audits — We periodically review our security practices
5.3 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can export or delete your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
6. Third-Party Services
WealthWise integrates with the following third-party services:
6.1 Google Gemini AI
We use Google's Gemini AI to power our AI Financial Advisor feature. When you use AI features, we send relevant financial context (categories, amounts, patterns) to generate personalized advice. We do not send personally identifiable information (like your name or email) to Gemini.
Google Gemini API Terms of Service
6.2 Supabase (Database & Authentication)
Supabase provides our database infrastructure and authentication services. When you create an account, your information is stored in Supabase's PostgreSQL database. Supabase processes data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements and is SOC 2 Type II certified.
Data stored in Supabase includes:
- Account credentials (email, hashed password if applicable)
- Profile information (display name, profile photo URL)
- Financial data you enter (transactions, budgets, goals, debts)
- App preferences and settings
6.3 Cloudflare
Our web application is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which provides CDN and security services.
6.4 Google OAuth (Sign in with Google)
If you choose to sign in with Google, the authentication is handled through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol via Supabase. When you authenticate with Google, we receive:
- Email address — Used as your account identifier
- Display name — Your Google profile name
- Profile photo URL — Your Google profile picture (if available)
- Google User ID — A unique identifier from Google
We do not receive your Google password, and we cannot access your Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google services through this authentication.
6.5 Stripe (Payment Processing)
For paid subscription plans (Pro tier), we use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. When you subscribe:
- Credit/debit card numbers are collected and processed directly by Stripe — they never touch our servers
- Billing address may be collected for payment verification
- Payment history (subscription status, invoice records) is stored by Stripe
We only receive limited information from Stripe: your subscription status, last 4 digits of your card (for display purposes), and payment success/failure notifications.
7. Your Rights & Controls
You have the right to:
- Access your data — View all data associated with your account
- Export your data — Download your data in CSV or JSON format
- Correct your data — Edit any information you've entered
- Delete your data — Remove specific items or your entire account
- Opt out of AI — Use WealthWise without AI features
- Control notifications — Manage what alerts you receive

8. Children's Privacy
WealthWise is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

- Updating the “Last Updated” date
- Sending an email notification for significant changes

Request that we limit the use of your sensitive personal information. Note that financial information you enter is necessary for the core functionality of WealthWise.
11.6 Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. You will not receive different pricing or quality of services.
11.7 Authorized Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization and we may verify your identity directly.
11.8 How to Submit a Request
To exercise your California privacy rights:

- Include your account email and specify which right(s) you wish to exercise
We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period.

We will verify your identity before processing your request by matching information you provide with information we have on file. We may request additional information if necessary.

13. “Do Not Track” Disclosure (CalOPPA)
California law requires us to disclose how we respond to web browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals.
WealthWise does not track users across third-party websites. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. Therefore, we do not respond differently to DNT signals because we do not engage in the tracking that DNT is designed to prevent.
14. “Shine the Light” Law (CA Civil Code § 1798.83)
California's “Shine the Light” law permits California residents to request information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
WealthWise does not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If this changes, we will offer you an opt-out opportunity.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Strategia (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your use of the WealthWise OS application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using WealthWise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use WealthWise, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Description of Service
WealthWise OS is a personal finance management application that helps you:
- Track income, expenses, and transactions
- Create and manage budgets using the 50/30/20 framework
- Set and track financial goals
- Manage and strategize debt payoff
- Project investment growth and retirement timelines
- Receive AI-powered financial insights and recommendations
- Store financial documents securely
- Sync data across web and Android platforms
The Service is available via web browser at wealthwiseos.com and as a mobile application on Google Play Store for Android devices.

The information, calculations, projections, and AI-generated content provided by WealthWise are for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be construed as personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, tax advice, or legal advice.
Before making any financial decisions, you should consult with qualified professionals including:

- Registered Investment Advisors (RIA)
- Certified Public Accountants (CPA)

3.1 No Guarantees
WealthWise does not guarantee any particular financial outcome. Investment projections, FIRE calculations, debt payoff timelines, and other forecasts are estimates based on the information you provide and standard financial formulas. Actual results may vary significantly due to market conditions, life changes, and other factors.
3.2 AI Limitations
Our AI Financial Advisor feature uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate insights and suggestions. AI-generated content:
- May contain errors or inaccuracies
- Is based on general financial principles, not your complete financial picture
- Does not account for your unique circumstances, risk tolerance, or goals
- Should be verified independently before acting upon
3.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. By using WealthWise, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these limitations and will seek professional advice for significant financial decisions.
4. Account Responsibilities
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4.2 One Account Per Person
Each user may only maintain one personal account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited and may result in account termination.
4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling additional security features like app lock (PIN/biometric) on mobile devices.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use WealthWise only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Circumvent any security features of the Service
6. User Content & Data
6.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into WealthWise (“User Content”), including transactions, budgets, goals, notes, and documents.
6.2 License to Us
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license:
- Is necessary for us to operate the Service
- Does not transfer ownership of your data to us
- Terminates when you delete your data or account
- Does not permit us to sell your data
6.3 Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. WealthWise calculations and insights are only as accurate as the information you provide.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, code, graphics, logos, and branding (“WealthWise IP”), is owned by Strategia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute WealthWise IP without permission
- Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
- Create derivative works based on the Service
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
7.2 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
8. Subscription & Payment
8.1 Free Tier
WealthWise offers a free tier with core functionality. No payment is required to use basic features.
8.2 Premium Features
Certain advanced features require a paid subscription (“Pro” plan). Subscription terms:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices may change with notice before your next billing cycle
- You can manage your subscription and payment methods at any time
8.3 Payment Processing (Stripe)
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. Your credit card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Stripe may use fraud prevention measures and collect device information for payment security.
8.4 Refunds
Refund policies for app store purchases are governed by the respective platform's policies (Google Play Store). For direct purchases via Stripe, contact us within 14 days for refund consideration. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
9. Third-Party Services
WealthWise integrates with third-party services to provide functionality. By using WealthWise, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
9.1 Supabase (Database & Authentication)
Your account data and financial information are stored using Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based cloud database platform. Supabase is subject to their Terms of Service. We use Supabase's Row-Level Security to ensure you can only access your own data.
9.2 Google OAuth (Sign in with Google)
If you choose to sign in with Google, authentication is handled through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. By using Google Sign-In, you agree to Google's Terms of Service. We receive limited profile information (email, name, photo) but cannot access your Google password or other Google services.
9.3 Google Gemini AI
Our AI Financial Advisor uses Google's Gemini AI. AI responses are generated based on the context you provide and are subject to Google's Generative AI Terms. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional financial advice.
9.4 Stripe (Payments)
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe's use of your information is governed by their Privacy Policy and Services Agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Provided “As Is”
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.2 No Warranty
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
10.3 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRATEGIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10.4 Financial Decisions
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strategia, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any User Content you submit
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately
- We will delete your data within 30 days (except as required by law)
- Any unused subscription period is non-refundable (subject to applicable law)
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on the Service
- Updating the “Last Updated” date
- Sending an email notification for significant changes
- Displaying an in-app notice
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.3 Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Strategia regarding the Service.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
