# WealthWise OS — Full Product Reference > WealthWise OS is an AI financial OS for self-employed professionals — freelancers, consultants, founders, creators, and contractors whose business and personal money overlap. It combines quarterly tax estimates, receipt-to-deduction tracking, budgeting, debt payoff, investing and early-retirement planning, and an AI advisor that works from the user's own numbers. It is published by Strategia-X. This is the complete product reference: what every part of the app does, the plans, how the AI works, how data is handled, and what the product does not do. It describes the product as it works today and was last reviewed on September 24, 2026. - Short index: https://wealthwiseos.com/llms.txt - Blog archive (every published article): https://wealthwiseos.com/long-llms.txt - Machine-readable pricing: https://wealthwiseos.com/pricing.md ## Company - Product: WealthWise OS - Publisher: Strategia-X (https://www.strategia-x.com) - Website: https://wealthwiseos.com - Support: support@strategia-x.com - Sign up: https://wealthwiseos.com/signup ## Who it is for - Primary: self-employed professionals — freelancers, consultants, solo founders, creators, contractors, and anyone with variable or 1099 income who pays quarterly estimated taxes. - Also useful for: people pursuing financial independence (FIRE) and people who want AI help grounded in their real figures. - Not a fit for: people who need bookkeeping software, tax filing, or a financial advisor of record. WealthWise OS plans and estimates; it does not file returns or keep books. ## How WealthWise OS works ### Where it runs - A web app that runs in the browser at https://wealthwiseos.com. It can be installed to a device's home screen as a Progressive Web App. - Hosted on Cloudflare. Accounts and cloud sync run on Supabase. AI requests run through WealthWise's own server-side worker. ### With or without an account - Without an account, WealthWise OS is local-first: data stays in the browser on that device and nothing syncs to WealthWise servers unless the user exports it or creates an account. - With an account, data syncs to the account so it is available on every device the user signs in to. - On the device, data is stored encrypted with a key derived from the user's password; the password is never stored or sent. The synced copy in the account is protected by the cloud provider's encryption at rest, not by the user's password. - Sign-in methods: email and password, or a Google account. ### Getting started A guided onboarding asks for the user's name, whether they are self-employed or an employee, business structure, primary income type, estimated federal tax bracket, monthly take-home pay, current savings, and debts. The answers personalize the AI advisor and seed the calculators. Onboarding can be skipped. ## Features The app is organized into four groups — Tools, Scenarios, Strategy, and Wealth — plus a dashboard and a knowledge area. ### Dashboard - A financial health score built from six factors: savings rate, debt-to-income ratio, emergency fund, budget adherence, net worth growth, and expense stability. The score is graded, and each factor explains itself. - Smart nudges: short, dismissible prompts about spending against income, savings, debt, upcoming bills, and activity. - A year-to-date deductions widget fed by the receipt scanner. ### Tools - Banking — link bank accounts through Teller to see each account's balances and recent transactions inside WealthWise OS. A bank connection can be disconnected at any time. Linked transactions are shown, not imported into the transaction ledger. - Bills — record bills with amounts, due dates, and frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or one-time). - Budget — build a budget of needs, wants, and savings and compare it with the 50/30/20 guideline. - Budget Trends — how the budget and spending change over time. - Calendar — bills, recurring transactions, goals with a target date, and the user's own events on one calendar. - Compare — compare spending across time periods. - Family — a shared household view with family members and shared expenses (Family plan). - Milestones — automatic milestones for net worth, becoming debt-free, savings, and activity streaks. - Quarterly Taxes — estimates US federal quarterly estimated tax for self-employed income and tracks the four IRS deadlines (April 15, June 15, September 15, and January 15). The estimate includes self-employment tax (12.4% Social Security up to the wage base plus 2.9% Medicare, and the additional 0.9% Medicare above the threshold), deducts half of the self-employment tax and the standard deduction, and applies the user's stated marginal bracket. It is deliberately conservative — built to help avoid underpayment penalties, not to replace a CPA. Each quarter shows as due once it is within 14 days of its deadline, and payments can be recorded against it. - Receipts — scan a receipt with AI to extract the vendor and amount; the scanner suggests an IRS Schedule C expense category, and the user marks the receipt Business, Personal, or Mixed (with a business percentage). Business meals are counted at 50%. A year-to-date deductible total and per-category breakdown update as receipts are added. - Recurring — schedule recurring transactions and review pending ones before they post. - Reports — generate a financial report with charts; print it or save it as a PDF from the browser's print dialog (Pro). - Spending Heatmap — a calendar heatmap of daily spending for a month. - Tax Planner — compare taxes under an LLC, an S-Corp, and a C-Corp (Pro). - Transactions — the ledger of income, expenses, and transfers, with CSV import. - Vision Board — upload a photo of a goal (a car, a home, a trip); Gemini recognizes it and estimates the cost, and can look up the place on Google Maps (AI analysis is a Pro feature). ### Scenarios - Insights — periodic insights about spending, saving, and investing. - What-If — model how changes in income and spending affect the future. ### Strategy - Debt Payoff — compare the snowball method (smallest balance first) and the avalanche method (highest interest rate first). - Early Retirement (FIRE) — calculates a freedom number from annual spending and a withdrawal rate (4% by default, adjustable). - Market Intelligence (Pro) — live levels for the S&P 500, NASDAQ Composite, Dow Jones Industrial Average, Russell 2000, VIX, and the 10-year Treasury yield; a macro band from FRED (2- and 10-year Treasury yields, the federal funds rate, CPI, and unemployment); a news wire; and the CNN Fear & Greed index. - Asset Analysis (Pro) — an AI SWOT analysis of a ticker with a GO / WAIT / STOP signal. ### Wealth - Investments — compound-growth projections from a starting balance, monthly contribution, return rate, time horizon, and inflation, with optional life events. - Net Worth — assets (liquid savings plus portfolio value) minus debts, recorded as daily snapshots so change over time is measured, not guessed. - Performance — portfolio returns with a benchmark comparison. - Portfolio — holdings and asset allocation, with prices from Yahoo Finance market data. ### Knowledge and records - Learn — free guides on compound interest, debt snowball versus avalanche, FIRE, the 50/30/20 rule, net worth tracking, and cryptocurrency basics: https://wealthwiseos.com/learn - Notebook — private financial notes. - Vault — store documents such as receipts, tax forms, and contracts; AI analyzes and categorizes each upload. - User Guide — an illustrated walkthrough of every feature: https://wealthwiseos.com/user-guide ## The AI advisor - Models: Google Gemini 2.5 — Gemini 2.5 Flash for conversation, parsing, and receipt reading; Gemini 2.5 Pro for deeper analysis such as SWOT and tax work. - Every AI request goes through WealthWise's server-side worker, which holds the API key. The key never reaches the browser. - Context: the advisor knows the user's self-employment profile (work status, business structure, income type, and tax bracket) and works from the user's own figures. - Tools: when answering, the advisor can read the user's budget, debts, goals, bills, and transactions; open the relevant page of the app; run an analysis; and prepare a briefing. - Changes need approval: the advisor can propose a new budget or a new investment allocation, shows the proposed change as a before-and-after preview, and applies it only after the user confirms. - Not available: the advisor cannot export or send reports. - Monthly message limits: Free 20, Pro 1,000, Founder's Lifetime 1,000, WealthWise Studio 2,500. ## Plans and pricing Prices in US dollars. Import: a JSON backup, or transactions from CSV. - WealthWise does not sell personal information. - Cookie choices: Google Analytics loads only after the visitor turns on the Analytics category in cookie preferences. - First-party measurement: WealthWise counts anonymous steps through the app — which pages load and which buttons get clicked — and how quickly pages load, to find where people get stuck. It sets no cookie (it uses sessionStorage, cleared when the tab closes), is never linked to an account, and is never shared with a third party. The counts are kept for three months and then deleted automatically. Visitors can switch on "Do Not Measure My Visits" in cookie preferences to be excluded. - Global Privacy Control: a browser's GPC signal is honored automatically — marketing cookies off, "Do Not Sell or Share My Data" on, and first-party measurement off. ## Integrations and data sources - Google Gemini 2.5 — AI advisor, receipt and document reading, analysis. - Supabase — accounts and cloud sync. - Stripe — subscription and one-time payments. - Teller — bank account linking. - Yahoo Finance market data — stock and index prices. - FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data) — macro indicators. - CNN Fear & Greed index — market sentiment. - Cloudflare — hosting and server-side workers. ## Limitations - Tax estimates cover US federal tax only; state tax is informational and not calculated. Estimates are conservative planning figures, not CPA-grade liability calculations, and WealthWise OS does not file tax returns. - WealthWise OS is not bookkeeping software. - Linked bank transactions are displayed in the Banking view; they are not imported into the ledger or into the tax tracker. - The dashboard's income-based checks use the monthly take-home pay from onboarding, or else the income transactions of the last 30 days. With neither, those checks are skipped rather than guessed. - The AI advisor cannot export or send reports. ## Affiliate program Affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on referred subscriptions: https://wealthwiseos.com/affiliates ## Public pages - Home: https://wealthwiseos.com/ - Pricing: https://wealthwiseos.com/pricing - Sign up: https://wealthwiseos.com/signup - Investment calculator: https://wealthwiseos.com/investment - Debt payoff planner: https://wealthwiseos.com/debt - Budget: https://wealthwiseos.com/budget - FIRE calculator: https://wealthwiseos.com/fire - Quarterly estimated taxes: https://wealthwiseos.com/quarterly-tax - Banking: https://wealthwiseos.com/banking - Tax Planner: https://wealthwiseos.com/tax - Market Intelligence: https://wealthwiseos.com/market - Learn: https://wealthwiseos.com/learn - User Guide: https://wealthwiseos.com/user-guide - Blog: https://wealthwiseos.com/blog - Affiliates: https://wealthwiseos.com/affiliates ## Machine-readable resources - Short index: https://wealthwiseos.com/llms.txt - This reference: https://wealthwiseos.com/llms-full.txt - Blog archive: https://wealthwiseos.com/long-llms.txt - Pricing (structured): https://wealthwiseos.com/pricing.md - Sitemap: https://wealthwiseos.com/sitemap.xml - Blog RSS: https://wealthwiseos.com/rss.xml - Robots: https://wealthwiseos.com/robots.txt
